Delete Negativity® is a place of peace. This page explains, in plain language, what you share, what is stored, and what is sent to outside services so your Truth Exchange® can be prepared.

What you provide

You may share a thought, feeling, emotion, or struggle to receive a Truth Exchange®. If you create an account, you may also save reflections, journal entries, prayers, and Daily Truths.

What is stored with an account

  • Account information: your email address and sign-in credentials handled by our authentication provider.
  • Profile information: your preferred name and, if you choose to add one, a profile photo stored privately.
  • Saved Truth Exchanges® in My Truth Journey™, including the thought you submitted and the response prepared for you.
  • Journal entries, prayers, Daily Truth saves, and personal reflections you write.
  • Feedback you choose to send.

How a Truth Exchange® is prepared

A thought you submit for a Truth Exchange® is sent to an external model service so the response can be generated. Under the current setup, the request travels through the Lovable AI Gateway to a third-party model provider.

What is sent for generation: the thought you typed and the Scripture selected by the app.

What is not included in that request under the current implementation: your name, email address, profile photo, saved My Truth Journey™ history, journal entries, prayers, and personal reflections.

Daily Truth generation sends the curated Scripture for that day. Your private written reflection is not included in that request.

These outside services operate under their own terms. We cannot promise on their behalf how long they keep, log, or review information they receive, so we do not make that claim here.

Using Delete Negativity® as a guest

You may receive a Truth Exchange® without creating an account. Without an account, it is not saved to My Truth Journey™ — you would need to sign in or create an account and choose to save it.

Not being saved does not mean the request was never processed: the thought is still sent to the external model service to prepare your response.

Who can see your saved content

Saved Truth Exchanges®, journal entries, prayers, Daily Truth saves, reflections, and your profile photo are restricted to your own account. There are no public profiles and nothing you save is shared with other users.

If you copy or share something from the app yourself, that content is then in your hands and outside our control.

Deleting your account

You can delete your account from your Profile. Deleting your account removes your account and the personal content associated with it, including saved Truth Exchanges®, journal entries, prayers, Daily Truth saves, profile information, and any profile photo. Routine backups and records already processed by outside services may persist for a period under those providers' own practices.

Technical and diagnostic information

We keep limited technical records so the app stays reliable — for example, whether a Truth Exchange® completed successfully, timing, and error information. Standard server and service-provider logs may also record technical details of requests.

Feedback

Feedback you send may be read by an administrator so we can improve the app. Please avoid including sensitive personal information in feedback.

Service providers

We rely on trusted service providers for hosting, database and authentication, file storage, email delivery, and model generation. Each processes information on our behalf under its own terms.

Security

We use reasonable safeguards, including account authentication and owner-only access rules for saved personal content. No internet service can promise absolute security.

Your choices and contact

You may review, update, or delete your saved content, and you may delete your account at any time. Depending on where you live, you may have additional privacy rights. To ask a privacy question or make a request, contact us at hello@deletenegativity.com.

Children

Delete Negativity® is intended for adults. If you believe a child has provided personal information, please contact us so it can be removed.
